VFW Post 7135 will have a Turkey Shoot, Saturday morning at 9am beside Sunshine Market.

Sign Ups are open for Macon County Public Library System’s 2026 Summer Reading Program. Sign up at either location during May.

The Macon County Arts Council invites you to the Macon County High School Gallery Club Art Exhibit, today & Friday at Macon County Public Library.

You’re invited to a Custom Car and Bike Show, Saturday from 8-3pm at the Martha Wilburn Pavilion. Proceeds will benefit St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Macon County Youth Football, Cheerleading and Flag Sign Ups will be Saturday and the 16th at Pat Parker Field from 8-4pm. Flag ages are 4-6, little tackle ages 6-9 and big tackle is 5th and 6th grades. For more information call 615-670-6637.

Lafayette 1st Assembly of God invites you to Cowboy Fun, Saturday from 2-5pm. They’ll have hayrides, storytelling and more.
