During the month of May, Macon Community Hospital is offering Free Vitamin D Screenings, available Monday thru Friday from 7 – 5pm. No appointment necessary and walk ins are welcome. For more information call 615-666-2147.

Sign Ups are in progress at Macon County Public Library System for the 2025 Summer Reading Program. Sign up at either location by May 31st.

The Budget Committee will meet Monday evening at 5pm in the Administration Building Meeting Room.

The Macon County Legislative Body will meet in Regular Session, Monday night at 6:30pm.

The Macon County Planning Commission will meet Tuesday night at 6pm at the Welcome Center.

Decoration Day at Driver Cemetery will be May 25th at 2pm. All donations will aid in mowing cost and cemetery upkeep. For more information contact Conilla Robinson at 615-666-3550.
