Macon Community Hospital is offering discounted Vascular Screenings during July. The Carotid Artery Ultrasound, AAA Ultrasound and ABI Peripheral Arterial Disease Screening are $40 each or $110 for all 3 during July. Call 615-666-2147 for more information.

Going on tonight at the Macon County Fair, Carnival arm bands $20, Fair Petite Miss Pageant, Fair Sweetheart Pageant and Young Cattlemen’s Show at 6pm, Open Commercial Beef Heifer Show at 6:15pm and Open Beef Show and TN Race Series at 6:30pm.

Summer Harvest a USDA Program will be handing out 7 shelf stable breakfasts & lunches Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Lafayette from 2-4:30pm. This is for ages 18 and under, name and date of birth is all that will be needed.

Holy Family Church located at 431 Old Highway 52, will have a Fundraiser Sale Thursday and Friday from 7-4pm and Saturday 7-2pm.

An Effort Meeting is in progress at Days Cross Roads Missionary Baptist Church, with services at 11am and 7pm. Preaching by Elder Jimmy Claiborne and Bro Brad Whittemore.

Revival is in progress at Oakdale General Baptist Church. Services at 7pm nightly with Evangelist Bro Nick Gregory.
